Report: Operational and Governance Framework for Cross‐Border E‐Services Delivery

A report on operational and governance frameworks for cross-border data exchange for selected e-services has been finalised and delivered.

The overall aim of the DINNOCAP project is to develop the capacity of SMEs to enable their digital transformation initiatives and activities. In work package 3 of the DINNOCAP project, e-services developed in the DIGINNO project (of which DINNOCAP is an extension) are further developed to open the possibility for SMEs to digitize their service delivery processes. It also enables SMEs to deliver these services digitally across borders in the Baltic Sea Region and the EU at large.


The purpose of this report is to present proposals on operational principles (framework) and governance frameworks for cross-border data exchange for selected e-services. The e-services covered in the document are Cross-Border eCMR, Cross-Border KYC, and Cross-Border eReceipt.
